Lifetime Resources

Lifetime Resources is a not-for-profit agency that delivers services to the residents of Dearborn, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley and Switzerland Counties in southeast Indiana. Their services include In-Home Care Management, Nutrition Services, Information & Assistance, Sentry Services – Guardianship and Catch-A-Ride Public Transportation.

The first day of onsite training, Transportation Supervisor, Bill Steele, came into the dispatch office and gathered up all of the binders, notebooks, folders and files containing the “paper” versions of all of the trips, clients and drivers assignments. The dispatch staff were all busy on the phone so were unable to ask what he was doing. This turned out to be just the “tough love” they needed.

Although nervous at first, the staff knew that it was now time to jump in with both feet and go 100% “Live” with Easy Rides. They really worked hard and by the end of the day, got it all done with minimal problems. By the third day, things were going pretty smoothly and everyone was really starting to appreciate the capabilities of Easy Rides.
