Easy Rides receives an excellent rating by customers for overall performance and service. The written survey was conducted by independent contractor Gardatek Data Technical Services of Olympia, WA.

Gardatek Data Technical Services of Olympia, WA conducted a written survey of Easy Rides customers during June 2003. Twenty three customers, representing about two thirds of the customer base, responded and rated Mobilitat on a scale of Excellent (80-100), Good (60-79), Average (40-59), Below Average (20-39) and Poor (0-19) for six categories.
